Joey’s Testimony
At the age of 19 God used fishing to lead me to his son Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior! I was not looking for him but he met me where I was, a lost teenager that was searching in all the wrong places for happiness. I realized that all the things that controlled my life were sin and I heard the Gospel, that God loved me so much that he sent his son to die on my behalf! By the grace of God I put my faith and trust in him and I have called him Lord ever since!
Through the ups and downs of my life he has never left my side and has now lead me to a pastoral position at my home church, Seddon Baptist Church, in Pell City, Alabama. I serve as the Family Connections Pastor and love every second of doing what God has called me to do!

God used fishing to lead me to His Son Jesus when I was 19 years old, and I’ve never gotten over it! At Joey Nania Ministries, our desire is to share the love of God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ while taking part in outdoor activities with people who truly care!
